Video footage from Friday night's MLB game between the Philadelphia Phillies and Florida Marlins took over social media throughout the weekend after a man grabbed a home run ball, gave it to his young son, who was celebrating his 10th birthday, and then an irate woman confronted the man, demanding that he turn over the ball. The standoff was seen from multiple angles -- the baseball game broadcast angle as well as several angles shot by fans in the surrounding seats.

After a brief confrontation, the man, later identified as Drew Feltwell, gave the ball to the woman in an effort to de-escalate the situation. His son went on to receive a gift bag from the Marlins’ guest services team and was invited to meet Harrison Bader, the Phillies player who hit the home run, after the game.
